Phoenix Rising Shelter's mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other forms of interpersonal violence and exploitation. We are committed to helping survivors rebuild their lives by offering shelter, advocacy, resources, and compassionate support to people of all genders, races, and backgrounds. Through safety, healing, and community connection, we empower survivors to rise above their circumstances and move toward a future of independence, stability, and hope.
Support and Services
Phoenix Rising Shelter provides emergency shelter, crisis intervention, safety planning, advocacy, and trauma-informed support to help survivors of violence achieve safety, stability, and independence.
A Path to Empowerment
After connecting with Phoenix Rising Shelter, survivors will move from crisis and instability to safety, healing, and empowerment. They will gain immediate protection through shelter, along with trauma-informed support, advocacy, and personalized safety planning. With access to resources and case management, survivors will begin rebuilding their lives—securing stable housing, employment, and support systems. Most importantly, they will regain confidence, independence, and a sense of self-worth, leaving empowered to create a safe and stable future beyond violence.
